MEOWTEO'S TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you agree to all of the following rules.
If you are not comfortable with ANY of these rules please do not follow through with commissioning me.
GUIDELINES
I do NOT accept refunds after the sketch as been approved. After that point, too much work was put into your commission, and therefore no refund can be issued.
Multiple changes after sketch has been approved will cost more, so make sure you think thoroughly about the sketch and decide if it is everything you were wanting!
Prices are negotiable but if I feel like you are trying to lowball me, I do have the right to decline your commission. What I create takes SEVERAL hours to make, and lots of practice with Live2D to perfect. You are paying for my time, skill, and for a product you can use everyday.
I do pride myself on completing my commissions in a timely manner, however please do not spam ask if your artwork is ready. I send several updates through the process when I am working on yours.
You must give credits when reposting my artwork. You must give credits on whatever platform you are using your model on.
You are not allowed to use my artwork for merchandise purposes, even if you plan to split profits with me.
After I send you the files of your model, I will not charge you EVER to continue using your model. I will only charge you if you request small add-ons later on. All rights to the character model are handed to you once it is sent to you.
Multiple instances of breaking my T.O.S. will have you publicly blacklisted. You will no longer be able to purchase from me, and depending on the severity of the TOS break, you might be added to the beware list. (Such as refusing to credit, using the models in inappropriate ways, using the model for merchandise etc.)
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my clients satisfied about their commission(s).If you have any problem regarding the commissioned piece, please tell me right away, so we can find a solution together.Your entire satisfaction is my end goal, so communication is the most important part of the commission process. As such, if you have some issues with communication, please don’t hesitate to let me know beforehand, so I can adapt myself to you

At the moment, I only accept payment via PayPal.-I will send all invoices and only accept $ as payment !-Payments can be either :

We can discuss how much together, it will typically be 15% of the base model price.-For deadlines, please give me a realistic date! Simple models are typically finished within a few days, while more complex ones may require a few weeks, or even months to complete.

complete your
